Refund policy

At SHOPSTIX STUDIOS, every piece is made to order and personalised with your chosen designs. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds.

All products begin as blank garments and are customised individually based on your preferences. Once a product is personalised, it cannot be resold or returned.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is defective

Your item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right. We may request a photo of the issue to help us resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

UK Consumer Rights – Cooling-Off Exemption

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers do not have the right to cancel or return items that are:

"made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised."

As our products are custom-made based on your selected design, size, and colour, they are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun.
